Poster Presentation Instructions

Posters are displayed Thursday through Saturday, August 27-29 and are available for viewing from approximately 6:00 am-5:00 pm, daily.

Please Note: Poster presenters will need to be available to answer questions during the Poster Sessions on the Scientific Program.

Poster Preparation Instructions:

1. Please do not make your poster any larger than 47 inches wide and 44 inches high. If you need assistance with printing your Poster please go to www.posternerd.com/products/scientific-posters/matte-paper-poster.  You are not required to print your poster through this website, we are only providing the information to assist with the process.
2. All Posters are required to include a Disclosure Statement.
3. Push pins will be needed to attach the poster to the poster board.
4. Please bring any handout materials you would like to provide for viewer’s reference.
5. Poster set-up is scheduled for Wednesday, August 26, 12:00-5:00 pm.
6. Poster tear-down is scheduled for Saturday, August 29 at 3:00 pm. Posters that are not removed by then will be discarded.
