A NOTE FROM THE PRESIDENT
Welcome to the Clinical Orthopaedic Society website. The Clinical Orthopaedic Society was founded in 1912, and as such is the 2nd oldest Orthopaedic Society in the United States. From our members came a significant portion of the core body which created the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. The Clinical Orthopaedic Society is unique in its live presentation of patients at it's meetings as well as the discussions which follow. We are also refining and putting the finishing touches on a Mentoring Program for younger members, where we hope they will have access to older established orthopaedic surgeons who would be available to help answer questions and help them workout problems.
I would encourage you to view this site and hope that you might join our organization as we approach our 100th Anniversary.
